Bio

I am Cynthia Nixon, an actress known mainly for my work in Sex and the City. I'm a single mother of two beautiful children, Samantha, 8, and Charles, 2. I've been on Broadway on and off since 1980; now that the show SatC is over, I find myself with too much spare time. I dream of getting back onto Broadway, but I enjoy spending endless hours with my children, friends, and family.

More often than not, I find myself thoughtful, self-criticizing, and spontaneous. My moods range from morose to peppy and back again in a blink of an eye. I do have a sense of humor, despite what others might say. I have friends who keep me in line, keep me perky, and keep me sane.
